I Have been working with Ryan for nearly 6 months and have been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm throughout. He took time to understand my goals and developed training and nutritional programmes which are easy to follow and really effective. TRACEY

At the beginning of 2018 Tracey was well on her way to achieving her body weight goal having lost 20 LBS between January and may. She was feeling strong having worked her way up to a 75 KG squat for 10 repetitions.

Unfortunately in may 2018 Tracey’s progress was derailed due to rupturing of a vertebrae, Tracey was suffering with excruciating pain and frequent muscle cramping due to some nerve damage. Months out from training was to follow as the injury left her with very limited movement.

This would be enough for most people to give up, but not Tracey! she persevered through months of rehab, lots of hard work and shes back to it. We gradually increased movements and mobility, we increased loads where appropriate. Most importantly we monitored how her body reacted adapting where necessary.

Tracey manages to lose 28 LBS since achieving her desired body composition by Christmas 2018.
There was no crazy diets, just sensible, consistent hard work, with inclusion of palatable foods she enjoys eating set within a calorie target. This was adjusted accordingly as things plateaued.

2-3 weight sessions per week, keeping daily steps up and increasing activity where she needed.

RACHEL

“When i started training I had very little direction or motivation. I would try one thing one thing and bore of it quickly. Ryan introduced me to weight training and I have noticed not only the biggest change in my body composition but I have found a love for training. I have had 1-2-1 training and had programmes designed for me.

Strength training has been my favourite type of training. I love the sense of achievement from reaching a new personal best such as dead-lifting almost twice my body weight, and now being able to body weight pull ups”

I had been training independently for two and a half years without professional guidance before starting personal training with Ryan in 2020

I had been killing myself in the gym four days a week and trying various diets, but was making little headway with my goals and had earned myself aches and pains along the way. Over the last nine months Ryan has helped tailor my training and nutrition to suit my lifestyle and make significant progress towards my goals, before and during the lockdowns.
