I have always been an active person, playing a variety of team sports from a young age. This passion for sports and fitness motivated me to become a personal trainer.
My passion and expertise lies in weight/strength training and its many positive benefits for not only any body composition goal, but for a healthier, stronger and more functional body. Throughout my 12 years as a trainer I have worked closely with a wide variety of clients, all with their own individual goals, careers and time constraints.
